It just felt rushed. I came back to this provider due to not being heard by my last doctor. And yet again, I feel as though she didn't listen to me either. I had so many concerns and she only spoke on one of them, to which she advised me to see a dermatologist. It's frustrating.

Yes. I was there maybe about 20 minutes before. The doors were locked, even though on the scheduling it says to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. So I was trying to be on time and trying to be punctual, and I was locked out for 20 minutes. The door didn't open up until about three after my appointment time, three minutes after my appointment time. So I just think that it should be a place where people could come in and sit. If she requests us to be there 15 minutes early, that the door would be open so we could come in and just sit in the waiting room. I've never been locked out of a building before when I have an appointment scheduled. So this was concerning to me. I was standing out there waiting for 20 minutes. And so I'll have to have second thoughts about this. All right. Thank you.

Always have good visits, but one test in particular always comes back with numbers out of the normal range for the last 2 years now. This test was not there for me to view in my chart until after my visit. I messaged my doctor to see if it is an issue for me to be concerned about.

I would like to make a suggestion for Wellstar Health System to consider an investment in the education of staff on the effects of Trauma and CPTSD/PTSD. This is by no means a reflection on my care team but something I feel would benefit the community as a whole. There are some great resources in the area that might be available to assist in the development of this program. In my opinion there is a deficit of understanding of the effects of trauma on everyone and the more we talk about it and bring it into the light of day the more healing will occur and therefore the safer and closer we will be as a community. If Wellstar were to take the initiative on this I believe it would be extremely beneficial for both the staff and the patients in many ways. Thank you for your time and consideration on this.

Todays visit was great. I don't remember exactly how long I was there but I had very little wait. It felt like I was in and out in less than twenty minutes. Everyone is always helpful. Even though the visit was quick I didn't feel rushed. Dr Kadam and her team are the best!

I would like to make a suggestion for Wellstar Health System to consider an investment in the education of staff on the effects of Trauma and CPTSD/PTSD. This is by no means a reflection on my care team but something I feel would benefit the community as a whole. There are some great resources in the area that might be available to assist in the development of this program. In my opinion there is a deficit of understanding of the effects of trauma on everyone and the more we talk about it and bring it into the light of day the more healing will occur and therefore the safer and closer we will be as a community. If Wellstar were to take the initiative on this I believe it would be extremely beneficial for both the staff and the patients in many ways. Thank you for your time and consideration on this.

So I was trying to be on time and trying to be punctual, and I was locked out for 20 minutes. If she requests us to be there 15 minutes early, that the door would be open so we could come in and just sit in the waiting room. I've never been locked out of a building before when I have an appointment scheduled. So this was concerning to me. I was standing out there waiting for 20 minutes. And so I'll have to have second thoughts about this. All right. Thank you.
