It just felt rushed. I came back to this provider due to not being heard by my last doctor. And yet again, I feel as though she didn't listen to me either. I had so many concerns and she only spoke on one of them, to which she advised me to see a dermatologist. It's frustrating.

Yes. I was there maybe about 20 minutes before. The doors were locked, even though on the scheduling it says to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment. So I was trying to be on time and trying to be punctual, and I was locked out for 20 minutes. The door didn't open up until about three after my appointment time, three minutes after my appointment time. So I just think that it should be a place where people could come in and sit. If she requests us to be there 15 minutes early, that the door would be open so we could come in and just sit in the waiting room. I've never been locked out of a building before when I have an appointment scheduled. So this was concerning to me. I was standing out there waiting for 20 minutes. And so I'll have to have second thoughts about this. All right. Thank you.
