Okay, I've only been at the doctor's office one time, so I only had one experience, so I'm not really sure how I should really rate because I've only had one experience. I think it takes more than one experience to, which it was fair, it was decent, yes. But I don't think I can really accurately rate someone if you just met them. She was kind, courteous, she listened to me. There we go. I had some upcoming tests. I've been making my schedule around trying to make my appointments like I asked, you know, for certain things to be done. But you know, okay, it was good.

Everyone from the front office, checking me in to the technician getting my vitals and setting the computer up for Ramona, the PA, who did the exam were great. Ramona went over everything with me, sharing the reasons and the why's for certain things. I left with a clear understanding of my current health and what I can do going forward to maintain that. I saw some changes in the Staffing and I think that those changes were needed, and I believe they're going in the right direction more focused on the patients than themselves.
