I saw Dr Radhika C Rao covering for Dr Shin this week. I can say without hesitation it was the best appointment I have had with primary care in over 3 years. She was friendly very professional and knowledgeable. In no way did she make me feel like I was bothering her or that she was not interested I am only sorry that she will not be there next visit. The rating of 10 I gave in previous?? Only referred to today's visit other staff members seen today were great as well.

The staff had a summertime decor throughout the facility. It was a refreshing, calming and warm experience. Almost caused you to forget your reason to visit the doctor. I acknowledged and thanked them for the initiative. Great atmosphere

Walked in and the employee at the front desk was talking to another coworker instead of greeting me. Too busy discussing the weather. Provider wasn't my PCP. She wasn't empathetic nor did we discuss the update on my new medication. The MA always cutting corners, she didn't even ask me to step on the scale we just both standing there.

Pretty tough to improve on a doctor who is really the best. I appreciate her and would love to have her as a primary care. However, she says she's a traveling physician. I liked her very much. She was very thorough, answered all my questions. I would also like to do a prostate cancer check. Please notify me with a date that I could come in and have blood drawn for a prostate cancer check. I am a dialysis patient. I do dialysis three days a week at home. I came here for one thing and the doctor told me that I will be leaving The next day and then the next step came in and told I wouldn't be going home that evening. Also told me I would get my medication every eight hours and then the next nurse came in and told me I wouldn't get it to next day that is not eight hours, I was told one thing at three doctors a different thing. What kind of services is it? You promise somebody something will be taking care of them. You don't keep your word. Trust doctors they wanna trust doctors with your life, but you can't trust people with your life and I found in here, didn't care about my life life. I know I got things going on but they do something for me and sent me home. I don't have to stay in the hospital and that's what they did. I'm ssorry is very frustrating you when you can't trust who you provider is
