Dr. Rachel Gallen received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

The staff was very courteous, very knowledgeable. The biggest concern was the amount of time that was spent waiting for care and even in the exam room, still a lot of time waiting for care.

The staff was really nice, but the nurse was sitting down doing nothing while my daughter was in pain waiting for someone to see her. After we were placed in the waiting room it took about an hour for her to come in, and that's after I left the room and ask her how much longer.
