There was an employee who came in the room during my ultrasound who did not explain who she was or why she was there and began asking alarming questions without explaining that the questions were routine, which was quite off-putting for parents. The sonographer was great.

Everything went as good as I suppose it could have. We didn't receive too much new information than what the obgyn had provided us. The receptionist was nice, ultrasound tech thorough and the doctor did explain more in depth our situation. Was a little frustrating to not have answers walking out the door, but we do have an appointment set for 3 weeks and staying hopeful in the mean time. Only disappointment was the wait which they did apologize for but the truly disappointing part of the visit was checkout when I over heard the staff say "I don't know how many more times I could have told her everything was going to be fine" and then the co-worker state "she's still in the lobby" and for them to be quiet after. Keep in mind I was the only person there so I am assuming it was in regards to me because we did have a lengthy appointment and lots of questions at the end of the day but still. Not a feel good moment for me as this is my first pregnancy and did have a lot of questions/concerns. And now I feel like I was "wasting" their time.
