The provider was patient. The provider I've seen before, she really is interested in what you have to say, but listening to understand your inner, deeper feelings and where you are and how she can help you and also makes you realize how you can kind of help yourself in the end. But I was thoroughly, felt super comfortable, which is hard for me to do sometimes with this provider. So I can't say enough good things about this person. But the thing you look for the most is somebody being genuine, somebody you can trust. So this provider did both those things. Thank you.

The clinician was awesome as well as the checkout staff. I didn't like that I was not informed that my visit was supposed to be a virtual visit and I showed up in person. I was explaining that to check in as well and not sure if they were having a bad day or not but they seemed not happy and it was not to best experience at check in.
