I wanted to give my feedback on my experience with scheduling a lab appointment at that location. It was very confusing. I was told different information and then when I called, it was something else and then when I got there it was scheduled at another location. So I think you all can get a lot better with scheduling the lab and explaining to people how the scheduling works at the different offices as apart from the Vinings and then the Vinings Health Park location. Very confusing. Thanks.

I felt like she wasn't listening to me and was coming up with test I didn't need and wanting me to just get some over the counter meds that I already have at home. Ex calamine lotion. After she said that I knew the appt was going to be a waste of time.

I was very dissatisfied that I was not told about the schedule for the lab for a physical prior to my arrival when I scheduled. I now have to find another time to go in for bloodwork & that is very difficult for us as a family. Dr. Li was nice but very hurried and hard to understand. I didn't feel like a person just another patient that had to be pushed through. I have been happy with many WellStar doctors but will need to find a new primary care doctor for myself that takes more time with me and can communicate more adequately.

Yes, I switched from my former provider to Dr. Li because I was very, very upset that my former provider, knowing my history and my stance on my health and medication, called in a prescription unknowing to me. And I unknowingly thought I was picking up a prescription from a different doctor and got the one that she had called in. And I think there should have been more collaboration between the doctor and I before she called it in. And I think she should have done more research with me, more questions as to my health.
