The nurse and the doctor took time to listen to my complaint went over my medicine and my medical complaints and gave me knowledge on everything that I asked. I was great very grateful.

The person who checked me in checked me in on time and was very helpful. Which more service was like that, that when you make an appointment, you get in on your appointment time and you don't have to wait an hour, an hour and a half for your appointment. What is the purpose of you all making an appointment and if you're not being seen at your appointment time, especially when they have you come in early and you just sit in there for two hours or so. But the service time was great. Thank you and good day.

Dr. Prasad is one of the most thorough doctors I've visited recently. It was clear that he had reviewed my chart and history before my appointment - we talked about all of it. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the doctor because they see me and regardless of what I'm presenting with they immediately go to my weight as the problem and solution and I rarely feel like I'm being heard. That was not the case with Dr. Prasad. We talked about my weight but we also talked about what it will take to make me feel better and that was genuinely refreshing.

The doctor was not only knowledgeable about my pain. He was also very friendly, which made me more relaxed.

Yes, so as far as what was done really well was being able to listen to what I had going on and being okay with wanting to take more of a natural approach. What I wish would have been taken into consideration is actually going over my MRI with me so I can be knowledgeable as far as what the results were other than, you know, him just touching a part of my body saying, okay, this is the pain. I actually understand what my MRI results are actually saying, but other than that, that's it.

Hey, so my visit, that was my first time coming for pain management at Wellstar for pain management and I was unaware at the time that I was going to a new doctor that just got with Wellstar and I was referred there by my primary care doctor because she couldn't do my pain management no more because of the new rules or something that y'all have where a pain management person doctor has to manage your pain management. So I couldn't get my pain management medication from her. So I told him that I needed to start back my medication and he said well, I can't do that because we can't give out Tramadol, only the Gabapentin and so that was very disheartening, right? So I don't feel like I want to come back there because now I can't get my pain medicine that I need on a daily so that I can function. You know, you have to do so many things right now through
