One nurse treated me bad when I was bleeding from the arm after doing blood labs. She escorted me all the way to the back with offering and assistance to give me anything to clean my arm. She was rude.

Patients suffer with gaps in care when providers leave the organization. Each changed requires so much additional dialog that is already documented its frustrating. Each provider wants their own plan of care with little consideration of the patients past experience they go on text book which does not work for everyone. No cookie cutter plan works for all patients

I felt like she didn't listen to my symptoms in depth. I also felt like she was dismissive off certain things I was telling her. Also I felt she should've repeated certain labs that she didn't. Also she barely touched me to notice any pain swelling in my joints. I'm definitely going for a second opinion. Because I don't want to be misdiagnosed and my pain and sickness that I have been dealing with for the longest be chalked up to something it is not. I need to be sure because I have children to raise and I need to be at my best for.

I was told to get bloodwork. I went downstairs, signed in sat there for over two hours. Then I was told that there was computer problems. I went out to the sign in area talk to the attendant there explained my predicament. She was very good. she found my name. Was showing as scheduled. The computer apparently did not accept my sign in for myself. I am extremely upset by this ordeal in attempting to give blood. I was there almost 3 hours before I finally gave up with no indication from the folks that took blood that how long it would take for me to get my turn.

But, of course, this is just my first time, and she seems like she really wants to help, and I feel comfortable with her. The staff from front desk to the nurses in the back were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and spoke with kindness. The nurse was very thorough explaining everything and even getting clarification from the doctor. Dr. Musty was so very patient and kind asking me questions and assuring I understood what was happening.
