The urgent care clinic Doctors and staff treatment is always professional and diligent.

Very expensive urgent care. Costed me $350 for a doctor just seeing me and a shot of steroid painkiller. That's it. Generally other facilities like Piedmont Urgent Care and Northside - they charge about 99 or maximum I've paid is 199. So Wellstar Urgent Care was ridiculously expensive. Thank you.

The wait is much too long. My doctor's office made an appointment for me to go there. Appointments do not matter. You wait with everyone else and told it will be 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Dr Do was great. He understood the problem I was having. The front staff are nice, but there needs to be more staff for triage and don't accept appointments.

As a person in general good health, I flunf myself at this urgent care appointment. The staff was very welcoming and understanding. The doctor made me feel as if he heard me for a change. His knowledge of my current health prolems. I love the fact that no matter where I go in the Wellstar Family I can communicate with dveryone with "MYCHART".

There should really be more than one self check in kiosk. The line starts to accumulate fast especially when front desk staff does not check in guests.

We made a reservation and still had to wait 2 hours to be seen. We were doing a sports physical. I would recommend you take sports physicals off your list of services provided if you cannot see patients in a timely manner. Also, I would recommend not taking reservations when there is only one provider available. One provider cannot handle both walk-ins and reservations.
