The front desk staff (Nikki) was so nice and professional to me. She asked me if I had an appointment, and I did. She explained the sign-in process, I paid my copay and was signed in. I got a text letting me know the doctor was about to see me. I absolutely love the text notification system. Dr. Phong H Do was very caring and answered every question I had today.

Hi, I really enjoy this location because it has been a big help to my family. I just appreciate them taking out their time. They had a busy day today, so they didn't really have to show me that it was a busy schedule because I could actually see that it was. But they still took their time and they were patient and didn't mind waiting as long as I could ensure my son was getting the help that he needs. Thank you, and y'all keep up the good work.

The nurse took my blood pressure without my feet being on the floor. The cuff also was too small. She struggled getting the EKG test started because she didn't shave the areas where the sensors would be placed. I was disappointed in her level of professionalism, customer service, and job knowledge.

I waited 2 hours to see the doctor from the time I checked in. The 1st hour in my car then another 30 mins after they called me. I hope the meds are successful in my healing.

Long wait times and front desk staff didn't manager patient expectations without prompting. Also as I patient I asked multiple times about link for MyChart but never received it; I guess the application may not have been working properly or some other error not sure.

No one asked me if I'd traveled, been around anyone who was sick or had Covid. Despite this Dr. asked if they could perform a Covid test. I think doc suspected Covid based on symptoms, but did not suggest Paxlovid, despite the fact that I have asthma. EKG results were abnormal, but this was not discussed at all, nor recommendations as to follow up.

The doctor prescribed Paxlovid when I am on alfusosin. The manufacturer leaflet and pharmacist state that this drug, taken with alfusosin can have deadly results. I tried to call the center - as i was 30 miles away- and the phone was off the hook. I had to drive back to the facility.

Everything was fine, except that no one spoke Spanish and it was very difficult for me to communicate with the staff so that they would attend to me and the doctor was very kind, except that I was hoping that because of the pain I had he would do some tests on me.
