Dr. Phong has always been courteous, attentive, and respectful. I have visited this location several times and ironically, each time I get him and one of the other staff member. They have treated me with the upmost respect and have extremely well bedside manner. The First nurse that I encountered on my most recent visit was very pleasant however, I felt like she may have had several tasks to attend to. My exiting nurse I have worked with her in the past and as always, she took very good care of me, especially when ejecting the IV.

Dr. Do has a good bedside manner and he did a great job of listening and talking through options. He was patient and not in a hurry like a lot of physicians with other medical groups that I've seen in the past were. All doctors should strive for his level of focus on the patient.

I was very disappointed. They had no MRI machines in the, nor x-ray machines at the facility. I was very much disappointed. If, this is what I was told, if I was feeling sick during the night, I should go to the emergency room. Yes, this is what I had to say. Get x-ray machines at the facility, or MRI machine. Thank you.
