It seems like the phones are rarely answered as it's difficult to get a hold of anyone to check hours or get an updated. The lobby was pretty messy and the front desk staff seemed a bit worn out and may need some help. The nurses and doctors were very nice and helpful.

These staffers at VHP have OBVIOUSLY been trained SIGNIFICANTLY in customer treatment. It shows, every single visit, in my experience. As an award-winner of Customer Service Excellence (as an Olympic Torchbearer, 1996) for Delta Air Lines, I know EXCELLENCE in customer handling. These people are Oscar-worthy.

Sure! How about this: There was a bit of a wait even when scheduling an appointment, but everything else went smoothly. The doctor and assistants listened to my concerns and prescribed me something based on their assessment.

Dr. Phong has always been courteous, attentive, and respectful. I have visited this location several times and ironically, each time I get him and one of the other staff member. They have treated me with the upmost respect and have extremely well bedside manner. The First nurse that I encountered on my most recent visit was very pleasant however, I felt like she may have had several tasks to attend to. My exiting nurse I have worked with her in the past and as always, she took very good care of me, especially when ejecting the IV.
