LOVED my experience - I was in and out faster than anything I had ever seen before. Dr. Do knew right away what my dx was just by me explaining my symptoms - what a relief that I was treated and discharged knowing that everything will be ok.

I'm a woman and I had a male doctor and because of the area of the injury or problem, before even starting the exam or anything, before even doing anything, the doctor took my complaint and he said, okay, before I do anything, I'm going to go get a female advocate, I guess, and brought back the female advocate and he gave me a sheet and everything and before I do anything at all, went and got the female advocate and came back and made me super comfortable and he explained everything. He didn't treat me like I was stupid and he was super nice and told me everything that was happening. I forget his name, but he was a very, very nice man and always really made me feel like a human.

Check in was a nightmare. I'm the patient. I'm here because I'm sick. 3rd in line at the kiosk and the first person took forever. I could see why when I got half way through the multi-page questionnaire. Every time I coughed (frequently) my head throbbed. I did not feel like dealing with a bunch of repetitive questions. I was grateful to the woman at the front desk who probably got tired of hearing me curse the kiosk and helped me get checked in. I tried checking in on the app as well but it was just as much of a pain. After check in, I went looking for a water fountain and could not find one in the building. I went to my car because the waiting room felt cold (due to fever). When I went back in to say I was going somewhere to get a drink, they were calling my name. I said I thought they were going to text me and was then told they don't do that, even though that was one of the questions during check in. When the assistant was updating my files she asked if I had any changes in health. I replied "it would all be in your system" to which she responded "it's not always up to date". My response was "How far back then do I need to update?" She told me to just forget it and went on. The bigger question is why wouldn't it be up to date??? About 5 minutes later I got a text that an exam room was available and to come to the front desk. I didn't notice if everyone washed their hands when they entered and exited the room. I only know the sink was used by me, using my cupped hand to get a drink of water. This was a horrible experience.

I like Vinings. Although they are not always super friendly, they are clean and faster than KENNESTONE; That's for sure. I walked out of KH's ER twice. I just couldn't bare the wait time. It was horrible. Vinings was pretty good. Now the wait for the Dr. was a good 30 minutes but he could've been waiting for my COVID results. but he was pretty light hearted. And I was out of there quickly once he diagnosed.

My nurse was phenomenal, I regret to not remember her name but I remember how caring and helpful she was. The doctor was great as well; he was clear and concise and with both I was treated and now feel better.

Due to the nature of what I presented for I feel the front office staff was more concerned than the actual care team. The medication prescribed hasn't resolved my issues and I'm likely to present again to the ER or my PCP for additional testing. My situation is not getting better and pain is not improving. Some diagnostic testing should've been ordered even if it meant referring me to ER. The doctor was nice but the nurse /med assistant seemed like she could care less.

Did pcr covid test and was told I'd get results in one day. That was yesterday and still no results. What good is a pcr test if it's two or more days late?

Nobody likes to have to see have to see a doctor, for any reason BUT, that was the easiest appointment I have ever had at an Urgent care. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, the nurse and doctor provided as prompt service as one can considering what it is. They were extremely gentle and caring. Thank you for providing an amazing service in our neighborhood.

Nobody likes to have to see have to see a doctor, for any reason BUT, that was the easiest appointment I have ever had at an Urgent care. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, the nurse and doctor provided as prompt service as one can considering what it is. They were extremely gentle and caring. Thank you for providing an amazing service in our neighborhood.

I tried checking in on the app as well but it was just as much of a pain. After check in, I went looking for a water fountain and could not find one in the building. I went to my car because the waiting room felt cold (due to fever). When I went back in to say I was going somewhere to get a drink, they were calling my name. I said I thought they were going to text me and was then told they don't do that, even though that was one of the questions during check in. When the assistant was updating my files she asked if I had any changes in health. I replied "it would all be in your system" to which she responded "it's not always up to date". My response was "How far back then do I need to update?" She told me to just forget it and went on. The bigger question is why wouldn't it be up to date??? About 5 minutes later I got a text that an exam room was available and to come to the front desk. I didn't notice if everyone washed their hands when they entered and exited the room. I only know the sink was used by me, using my cupped hand to get a drink of water. This was a horrible experience.

LOVED my experience - I was in and out faster than anything I had ever seen before. Dr. Do knew right away what my dx was just by me explaining my symptoms - what a relief that I was treated and discharged knowing that everything will be ok.

I'm a woman and I had a male doctor and because of the area of the injury or problem, before even starting the exam or anything, before even doing anything, the doctor took my complaint and he said, okay, before I do anything, I'm going to go get a female advocate, I guess, and brought back the female advocate and he gave me a sheet and everything and before I do anything at all, went and got the female advocate and came back and made me super comfortable and he explained everything. He didn't treat me like I was stupid and he was super nice and told me everything that was happening. I forget his name, but he was a very, very nice man and always really made me feel like a human.
