Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked in the door. The best experience I've had at a Drs office in a long, long time! Wish this was my primary care office! Dr. O was very compassionate and kind and seemed to listen with empathy when I told him my concerns.

Dr O listened carefully to my problem, made a thorough examination, and came to a reasonable conclusion. I know many other GI specialists would have wanted to order expensive, invasive tests. But he reviewed the results from my previous studies and chose not to. His advice was practical and reasonable.

I was happy with the way the doctor asked questions and explained things to me as well as me asking him questions and the feedback he gave me. He was very kind and very professional. I would recommend him to friends, although it was my first visit with him and I didn't really know what to expect. So I did feel that he did the best he could for me. And that's it.

He showed caring, understanding, compassion and empathy. He's scheduled me for EGD to look for himself at my inner abdominal area.

I was referred to another neurologist who made an in-person appointment 3 months sooner than my previously scheduled June video appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Philip for gastric issues.

I was rushed through. Questions were not answered and I asked for a date and the lady, like I said, didn't listen. Once I asked for, I couldn't get a Thursday because I'm off on Friday. I was told, anyway, I wouldn't listen to you. You get the letter grade or the number grade of a P. His poor plan and I think that pretty much sums it up. His poor plan.
