Excellent service from the doctor and his team.

The whole staff and Dr. O from beginning to end made the experience a positive one. My only issue is that upon arrival I was expected to pay, however, I have a HRA 1 fund with a balance of $3400 and the receptionist was not able to see it on the system. So I did have to pay $100 out of pocket. Any visit I have had at Wellstar over the years, my HRA fund has always paid my part so I was not expecting to have to pay but I know that I should be receiving a refund check within the next 2 weeks. I don't know if this is an issue on insurance side or on the accessibility to patients insurance accounts on the hospital's side but it is an issue that definitely needs improvement!
