The best part of the experience was actually seeing the doctor without all his staff. Although the staff is friendly and exceptional, it's nice to have more time with the doctor. I recommend all visits during staff lunch to get better time and interaction

As I reviewed the notes section of my visit I saw where the doctor either didn't listen to my answers or didn't ask questions and came up with answers on his own. Also, I have a disability and he did not seem to really know or understand it. I would prefer the doctor refer me to someone else in his practice that does know and understand my disability. He had mentioned trying certain treatments and then did not mention them again.

Medical assistant was incredibly rude. Dr. Jungblut was nice enough, but I did not feel I had a thorough physical. Many steps I've had in previous physicals were not performed.

I wish they would do a reminder in the patient chart to patients to get their lab work done ahead of appointment time. It makes it easier to discuss any issues when the labs are prior to the appointment .

The experience with Dr. Jungblut was excellent. The only drawback was that the lab (bloodwork) wait was over an hour! It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to see me to draw blood that was literally a 4 minute visit. I would really like to see the Lab area improve that level of service. 70 minutes to draw blood? Perhaps they need more help or something, it seemed excessive and slow. The Dr. Jungblut visit was EXCELLENT!
