You should let people know when it is their first visit to this mega office that they also need a lab appt. I was there for over 2 hours and have never had an appt take that long before. Now I know though to set a lab appt for a bit after the PCP visit when I am getting my full physical.

The best part of the experience was actually seeing the doctor without all his staff. Although the staff is friendly and exceptional, it's nice to have more time with the doctor. I recommend all visits during staff lunch to get better time and interaction
