The staff was not welcoming except the front desk staff. The Dr asked and why are you here . I said to establish care and he said that you were already with WellStar GME. I said I called them but they were not taking United Heatihcare insurance. At point he could have said" oh I will be happy to to care for you! But he didn't. He did however asked what I needed and he did refill all the prescriptions. Will be switching Md's next time . This facility is convenient for us so hopefully it will be better next visit.

Compared to previous times, it was much easier to connect with the provider. He will send me information on advanced directive through the mail. Hopefully it does not get lost like other thinks.

I thought that Dr. Jungblut was very attentive. I thought he listened to me. I thought he took all of my concerns into account. However, the person that came in and took my vitals was very abrupt, wasn't very nice. It was my first visit. She didn't even smile at me. I tried to make a few little jokes and she just stared at me like I had two heads. So I wasn't very impressed with the person that takes the vitals. But everybody else was very kind and I'm very happy with his other staff. Thank you.
