My experience overall with the Doctor was excellent. However, the young lady that took my vitals and weight was not so pleasant. She was not so patient with me taking my coat and my shoes off to get on the scale, I feel she was not much of a people's person. Everyone else that ever took care of me when I come to the office was excellent except this young Lady I wish I've gotten her name. I will never let her attitude keep me from seeing Dr Douglass he is a fantastic doctor!
