Dr Douglas is always brilliantly extraordinary, effective, efficient and patient. The technician in the lab who did my blood work was extraordinary also. Her name was Alician. It is usually very, very difficult to find my veins for bloodwork and I have to be stuck multiple times, when or if it is possible. She did it in one try and saved me a great deal of pain. She is excellent.
