She allowed me to make some decisions, then formulated plans for evaluation and set everything in motion.... All with professionalism and a smile!!

Front office was unsmiling, unwelcoming and ignored me until I was almost done registering at a kiosk next to her. She said nothing until I asked if I really needed to fill in all the kiosk info since I had registered online. She then said. "Are you here for vascular or gastro?" When I said gastro, she said, no, asked my name, and told me to have a seat. No other interaction with her. It's a shame because back office staff were wonderful.

Ms. Chambers was excellent, as was all the staff. I want to single out Lauren in labs. Lauren in labs realized there was a misfire on orders for my blood work getting to the labs. She picked up on the misfire, went up to the 3rd floor and got it moving. I consider, "that going the extra mile". Otherwise, I might still be there waiting to be called. That makes Lauren outstanding!
