Other than the 2 hour wait go back and another hour to get finished, it all worked out fine. They were short staffed and did an excellent job.

I made an online appointment with this facility. There was no one there when I got there in the waiting room, and I waited 30 minutes to see a provider. Then once X-rays were done, I waited a very long time for radiology to come back with results.

Made an appointment and arrived ahead of time. Was informed of a 2 hour wait due to an earlier emergency This was 10:50 am. I waited 2 hrs and 40 minutes to be called back. Regardless of the emergency I received around 5 emails and four text messages about this visit , prior to and during. Can your system not alert patients with appointments that there is a problem and they need to call to reschedule or be prepared to wait. Knowingly letting scheduled patients show up to a more than two hour wait is ridiculous. Some opted to leave and come back while others sought other urgent care places to go. The person at the desk was helpful to several in looking at other places. You have the systems to handle situations like this. You sent me many emails and texts. The only bright spot was I saw Patricia Brower, PA, who is excellent and she handled my issue with compassion and professionalism as always. I hope WellStar can come up with a contingency plan to communicate with scheduled patients about extremely long delays. Surely you have the communications technology to accomplish this for your patients. All my care is with WellStar physicians. And has been for years. While this was an unusual and unpredictable situation, the ability to communicate is critical for all concerned.

I had a 2:20 sign in time at this urgent care and was not called back until almost 6 pm. During this waiting time I received several automated texts about my appointment being cancelled and rescheduled. I regretted losing so many hours of my day and am not likely to return to Wellstar urgent care the future. I understand that the clinic was busy, but the "appointment" times were highly inaccurate.

Yes, I saw Dr. Pat Brower, I don't remember her last name. But I went in, I had a cold, went in for an ear infection, and she did an educated guess, because she couldn't see anything on the inner ear, outside of the ear. So I would think that I should have been referred to an ENT specialist, but I was not. But I did make myself an appointment.

I made an appointment for 2:00 and left at 5:30 even though I did not need any X-rays or blood work. Everyone was very nice, but I felt that whether you make an appointment or just walk in you will have to spend many hours waiting. And waiting...
