All the staff are friendly and courteous and very professional, but you need to upgrade your equipment. I had to pay a co-pay to be there, and I still don't have accurate results or answers because your x-ray machine was not functioning properly. I should have been notified of that prior to being charged.

I got my test results back in about 15 minutes and I was told that they had called my Kroger Pharmacy on Route 5 with my prescription. I was greatly impressed with your staff.

They called to follow up because they did not give me a tetanus shot when I was in the emergency room for my visit. So I needed to go to a CVS and get a tetanus shot after the fact. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you. But the doctor was very polite and called and followed up with me. So I'm thankful for that. Thank you.

I'm allergic to many antibiotics. The PA was unfamiliar with Cefdinir. This drug has been identified by my allergist as one I can take. She did prescribe it but I was surprised she was unfamiliar with it.

Went in for treatment of abscess and to get antibiotics for the infection. All staff very professional and answered my questions. Made me feel better for coming in to have it looked at and get antibiotics instead of just treating it at home.

They are very caring! Wellstar needs to make so cell phone calls can be received and sent. I was told to call the xray folks and all the calls kept dropping.. finally a nurse brought over a wellstar cell.phone to call.

Id like to compliment several people by name as I feel that strongly how good they were. First.. upon checking in on the computer, i had trouble with a section that wouldn't take my answer and move to next ?. I mentioned it to the desk staff and Keisha came immediately over to help me. I noted how nice and friendly to everyone she was and I wanted to let her know it was so nice to have someone like her at the desk. I've been there several times and some have been just plain not nice so she should know people notice. Then i was greeted by Heidi who remembered she'd spoken to me when I called earlier.. she, too, was pleasant/ professional and caring. She has a way of putting people at ease immediately. Finally there is Patience who was such a joy.. professional but with such a caring attitude to let me know exactly what was going on ... how long to expect the testing to take etc. All in all, I felt better when I left in a way because of these ladies good nature and ability to listen to patient's symptoms w/o any negativity. Id say you had a 10++ grade with the people who worked there Sunday night.
