Found out great information about my health

Difficult if not impossible to contact them via phone. Calls made were either busy signal or placed on hold for extremely long periods with out ever being answered. Had to visit the office to set up my initial appointment.

The wait time to see the provider is ridiculous. Every single time I go...I wait over an hour to sometimes 3 hours past my appt time to be seen. It is annoying, frustrating and honestly a waste of time. There needs to be better time management and there need to be accountability for making a patient wait that long

The only complaint is that no one answers the phone when calling for an appointment. After waiting approximately 10 minutes it transferred me to a nurse line where I left a message for a callback. Did this 2x before calling my doctor's office for assistance!
