Patient is requested to arrive early. Unsure why, as patient is responsible for signing in on line prior to visit so not much left to do when arriving early. Then, after seeing nurse to go over everything in patient file, the wait to see doctor is actually way too long. In my case, approximately 30 minutes after nurse left the room. I feel if patient is requested to sign in on line their self & arrive early, then why shouldn't the doctor be requested to honor the scheduled appointment time. It is a mystery.

Great visit with NP Pam Tinsley. As always Pam reviewed all my past medical history & medications as indicated in my chart. She listened carefully as I shared some new medical concerns and she suggested an additional OTC medication to try until my next office visit. Looking ahead, she suggested some additional alternative treatments if no improvement is seen between now and my follow-up visit in 6 months. This was a very helpful & informative medical visit.

I made an appointment for a physical and when I went in I was being treated for my cold and I advised both the assistant and also the nurse practitioner and it was not addressed but I was charged for I was charged by copay and I did not receive which I did not need to be examined for my cold but I thought I was going to be examined also for my physical and I wasn't and it was not addressed I just got a prescription and that was that I was not happy
