I have always liked Pam Tinsley as a provider. She's very professional and I always feel like she listens. However, at the practice itself, the front office staff and just general office staff has always been revolving. We have had issues, several members of my family have used this practice. All of us have had issues with the front office staff. Just a variety of concerns for different reasons. Referrals weren't done. Insurance was taken out of the system for some reason and not put back in. Just one thing after another that is really the administrative side and not anything to do with the providers. But the providers we love and the newest front office staff that we saw in there or that I saw in there were very nice.

The only downside was how long I had to wait. I was there for an appointment at 2:30 and got there around d 2:20. I didn't see the NP until 3:30
