The doctor became very agitated with me and was real short and cold. Before I could clear up the misunderstanding we got cut off from the virtual meeting. I tried to call back to clear up what may have cause the meeting to go wrong but he refused to talk with me at that point. I am disappointed as things was good up to that point. It is unfortunate he would not give me a chance to work things out and assume I only wanted one thing from him. My wife and I will have to find another doctor. I really wanted to work things out and I was not trying to be difficult.

I actually made him my primary care after one mistake visit with him. I'd had my previous primary doctor for over 20 years. His nurses and administrative team also provide exemplary service.

Not too happy with some of the cognitive tests. Nurse did not give full instructions about drawing a clock. I got rated as ABNORMAL because I did not indicate to time. I was not asked to give a particular time. I found out that I am not a mind reader
