It was a good experience even though I was sick.

It would be nice to have a callback or more details to the test results instead of just abnormal and then typing in notes to say that it needs to change the antibiotic due to the result. And I had to call the office to get the results of what caused the infection. But all in all, it was a great visit.

everybody seem to do a good job. Few things did not understand about the care or reasons for, but didn't realize it at the time till got home and reading over the papers had a few questions, but looked it up on the Internet however, overall everybody was nice, friendly and seem to do their job. Wait time was almost none.

After I was given the flu test, I was told it would take 15 minutes. I waited 60 minutes and no one entered my room. I stepped outside to see what was going on. It would have been nice if someone would have told me it was going to be a one hour wait for test results in the patient room.

The making a reservation for urgent care for ridiculous. It's urgent care, not a restaurant. No one had a clue what was going on. The schedule board made no sense. I sat there for 1-1/2 hours before being seen. That's unacceptable. Why am I treated like my time isn't valuable? You really need to revisit this method.

Everything was great for my visit. The only thing that put me off a little bit was that the front door was not working. The receptionist finally came out and the doors opened for her so I could get in, but for anybody that was standing outside, the doors weren't opening. I'm sure that's been fixed by now.

Overall facility was nice and everyone was nice but I waited 2.25 hours before seeing anyone. I waited for an hour in the lobby and over an hour in the room. No one came to check on me or give me an update. I came out my room after an hour an 15 mins to ask for an update and my nurse who brought me in the room was shocked I was still there. The provider never came they sent someone else. Person only saw me 10 mins and barely apologized for the wait. 2.25 hours without a heads up or update throughout. It was pretty obvious that they forgot about me once I was out in my room.
