I came to the facility due to an injury. The waiting room was very crowded with patients showing symptoms of upper respiratory infections. Since I was not sick at all I was very uncomfortable sharing the waiting room with sick patients. The wait time was over an hour to be seen. I highly recommend separate or at minimum divided waiting areas.

Front office staff courteous and professional. The X-ray technician was attentive, courteous, professional, genuinely interested in providing the best possible care. She also went above and beyond to take the necessary X-rays in an unconventional manner due to my unique physical limitations, The nurse and physician assistant were both outstanding, and demonstrated their concern and desire to provide the best possible care.

Hi, this is my first time visiting and I must say I was really impressed. Everything was clean and the staff were very mindful of my issue and maintained confidentiality. And I've been to, you know, a few urgent cares in my life at 39 and I must say I'm very grateful for the experience I had. I just moved to Georgia five weeks ago and all the staff were excellent. I have zero complaints and they were all amazing and I'm very grateful I found a place that I can go to for my health care services needs. Thank you.
