The making a reservation for urgent care for ridiculous. It's urgent care, not a restaurant. No one had a clue what was going on. The schedule board made no sense. I sat there for 1-1/2 hours before being seen. That's unacceptable. Why am I treated like my time isn't valuable? You really need to revisit this method.

Everything was great for my visit. The only thing that put me off a little bit was that the front door was not working. The receptionist finally came out and the doors opened for her so I could get in, but for anybody that was standing outside, the doors weren't opening. I'm sure that's been fixed by now.

Overall facility was nice and everyone was nice but I waited 2.25 hours before seeing anyone. I waited for an hour in the lobby and over an hour in the room. No one came to check on me or give me an update. I came out my room after an hour an 15 mins to ask for an update and my nurse who brought me in the room was shocked I was still there. The provider never came they sent someone else. Person only saw me 10 mins and barely apologized for the wait. 2.25 hours without a heads up or update throughout. It was pretty obvious that they forgot about me once I was out in my room.

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Unfortunately, the x-ray machine was broken, so we were inconvenienced to go to Roswell and spend a lot of time having to wait there. However, Wellstar on Church Street in Marietta, the people there were excellent and accommodated us and bent over backwards to help us. Thank you.

Had an appointment for 6:20 pm showed up at 4:45 because my boss let me off work early to get taken care of. When I got there the girl at the counter just checked me in and never said anything about me getting in sooner than my appointment. I waited 3 hours before being seen and that was not acceptable.
