Receptionist was very professional and cordial, but spoke so softly that I could barely hear her even when she repeated. Seems like a valuable employee but really should make efforts to increase the volume. Also NP Patel was also very professional and seemingly very knowledgeable, but sometimes talked so fast it was hard to keep up. I realize my only concerns are associated with communication..... but that is an important part of the job too isn't it? Thanks!

Nurse - Oshuah was fantastic!! And the phlebotomist, Dovey, and Marcus, in training were all very nice and professional. They did a great job. I like the nurse practitioner, Nirali Patel. She is very good.

This was my first appointment with Nirali Patel since my primary care doctor, Nandini Sunkireddy, left the practice. I was so impressed with Nirali's expertise and our interaction together. She is knowledgeable listens, cares and is so personable which makes talking with her enjoyable. I look forward to having her as my ongoing medical practitioner. Also, I want to mention that Dovie is the best phlebotomist I have ever had!! I have been a human pin cushion in the hands of so many due to the nature of my veins but Dovie has never missed a single time in all the tests I've undergone with her (and there have been many!) The whole team at Wellstar Primary Care North Fulton could not be better.

This office is probably one of the best doctor's offices I've been to, from the staff at the front desk, to the doctor, Dr. Sunkireddy, I will miss her, Nurse Patel, Nirali Patel, she was awesome. I really like her. I had my first visit with her. The nurses, everyone in the office has been very kind. It started off rocky, but it's a great office.
