I was completely pleased with the entire experience from the front office to my physician Dr. Symbas who was very informative, took his time to explain everything in detail about what he felt were the next steps in my treatment and care and to even to the follow-up with the checkout scheduling the next appointment in the next procedure so very pleased with everything. My appt was 7:30 am. I showed up early and the door was locked at 7. I checked the web and it said the urology hours were 8-5PM. I went back at 7:30 and they told me they opened at 7:15. I could have missed my appt. This is WEAK and sloppy.

Dr. Symbas is a knowledgeable doctor who answered all my concerns regarding my health troubles. Since my stint at Kennestone Hospital where a mass on my kidney was discovered, I am understandably worried about its nature. With the MRI repeat Dr. Symbas ordered scheduled for just a few weeks away, I feel much more relieved about the upcoming testing outcome. I look forward to seeing this caring doctor again and would (have already) recommend him to any concerned patient.
