Had to drive 12 miles to a hospital in the network because WellStar can't hire a person to run their X-Ray machine? Next thing will be nobody in the lab to draw blood. Neurologist who will call you within 6 days because he's prescribed a med that produces severe dizziness?? Not here at WellStar!

Due to previous experiences, I have had a negative perspective about Wellstar. However, Dr Garland is one that is improving my perspective of this institution. I already like going to her.

During my visit, it was great. My provider listened to me. My tech was friendly, and then my phlebotomist was also wonderful. I don't think that there was anything they could have done better for this particular visit. I was pleased with all of my services and all of my referrals.

There was a bit of confusion for me about a form to transfer my records and i ended up leaving (we all forgot) to do my bloodwork. However, it was the end of the day so not a big issue.

Being it the first time there I was very confident with someone tending to my health each person was very nice at the desk the nurse and the doctor. I am very well pleased with C and Dr. Garland. She's very pleasant. She takes time for you and listens. I appreciate her visit very much.

Please stop charging patients before they're seen. As the amount may change, insurances are different. And honestly, you haven't even provided care and you're making me pay. That is the only negative I had on this experience and does make me want to go elsewhere. So and I really like the provider. So fix that. Thank you.

The waiting room was clean and the check-in very efficient. Almost too efficient. When I sign in for my kids to see the pediatrician for well child exams, I'm given a packet of questionnaires...but no new patient forms or health questionnaires for adults. Wellstar saves those questionnaires for the nurses and providers. I'm a healthcare provider myself and have performed physicals. Exceptional providers don't have time to ask yes/no questions! They need time before the exam to review the questions so they can walk into the room more confident, spend appropriate time on concerning answers, and tailor the exam to be patient centered instead of feeling like a conveyor belt.

She asked all the right questioned and helped me with anything and everything I needed Latoya was also amazing as well. She was kind and funny and made me feel so comfortable coming to the doctor. When I have a appointment with My Dr or Nurse Practitioner I would Like to see them.. If I can't see My Dr or Nurse Practitioner then don't make the appointment. I want constantly with my care, Not someone reading my chart when in the room with me, and not addressing the problem.
