Dr. Patel was amazing and I felt actually heard and listened to and it's been a while since that's been the case for me to find a doctor in the Georgia area who does that. Dr. Easton is also amazing, but Dr. Patel fully took the time to listen to me even though I was anxious and upset and she was absolutely fantastic. I 100% would recommend her to everyone I know.

From the time I entered the building and left, I was treated very nice and respectful. The staff did an excellent job checking me in. I waited only a few minutes. Dr. Patel saw me right away. She asked many questions and documented what I said. She then listened and answered any questions I had. She stated if I forgot anything and wanted an answer to use MyChart and she would respond a quickly as she could. By the experience I had I know she will. When I got home I told my wife about my wonderful experience and she is considering to change to Dr. Patel. I hope my future appointments will be like this one I had. Thank you for a great exam.

I thought that Dr. Patel and her nurse were great. I thought that the front desk staff was not friendly, not engaging, not welcoming. It seemed like they didn't even say hi when you walked in. They just, without looking at you, while still looking at their computer screen, not even looking up at all, would just say, someone will be right with you, and they would just keep typing. And then after you wait for a pretty long time, somebody actually helps you. But I found the front desk staff to be, yeah, unfriendly, unwelcoming, pretty low level of service all around from them. The doctor and nurse were great, but the front desk staff were, I don't know, on a scale of one to ten, I'd put them at about a one. Yeah. All right, that's all I have to say.
