Dr. Patel and Lisa are always very efficient. I never have to wait a long time in the lobby, and yet they are very detailed and they cover everything and make sure that you have questions answered. I mean, Lisa has those orders ready almost immediately within a few minutes after the visit. I mean, they're very efficient, and that means a lot to me, and it says a lot about them. So Dr. Patel and Lisa are excellent at what they do.

Dr. Patel was amazing and I felt actually heard and listened to and it's been a while since that's been the case for me to find a doctor in the Georgia area who does that. Dr. Easton is also amazing, but Dr. Patel fully took the time to listen to me even though I was anxious and upset and she was absolutely fantastic. I 100% would recommend her to everyone I know.

And this, yeah, I was happy with the experience and I would recommend it to other people. And also the nurse was great as well. So, yeah, that's it.

From the time I entered the building and left, I was treated very nice and respectful. The staff did an excellent job checking me in. I waited only a few minutes. Dr. Patel saw me right away. She asked many questions and documented what I said. She then listened and answered any questions I had. She stated if I forgot anything and wanted an answer to use MyChart and she would respond a quickly as she could. By the experience I had I know she will. When I got home I told my wife about my wonderful experience and she is considering to change to Dr. Patel. I hope my future appointments will be like this one I had. Thank you for a great exam.
