Yes, this is a reference to my visit yesterday to have my CPAP machines downloaded and of course making sure they're working properly. I'm going to say the nurse and the staff that assisted her and let's put it this way and everybody in the reception area were very very nice, made me feel welcomed and especially the woman that did the work on the CPAP machines. She was very attentive to me, she listened to what I had to say and then she gave me her feedback on that and that helped me. So my hats off to and to all of them but especially her.
