Please consider adjusting your signage at the 2nd floor desk. I went to 'Primary Care' desk and was asked who I was there to see. I said, 'Dr. Kaller' and was sort of rudely told to move down to the next person - sitting in front of 'Urology' sign.

As always, Dr. Kaller was always friendly, informative, and thorough during yesterdays appointment. Nurse Joyce, as usual, greeted me promptly upon arrival, took all my vitals, and let me know what to expect during that particular visit. Great facility and very helpful staff.

Dr. Kallar is amazing. His entire staff and team take the time, listen to you, they're friendly and the thing that we love most about Dr. Kallar is he just really, really listens and takes time. He's never in a hurry, spends all the time with you. He's got great, I guess what you would say, bedside manner and I trust the guy. My whole family goes there and I've recommended him to many new patients and they all feel the same.

The doctor and nurse was absolutely amazing. The front desk definitely not very friendly or personable whatsoever. Very short responses and a little hateful. I was supposed to go and get an x-ray. I was told it would take only a few minutes and then I got an alert after waiting 40 minutes that it was gonna be another 45 minutes before my appointment time there was no one at the desk for the x-rays to sum up I absolutely love the doctor and the nurse, the front office staff and the imaging absolutely not at all .

Cindy is so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Kaller is awesome! I've been going to him for 4 years and now my husband is also going to him. It's so nice having a doctor who listens and you don't feel like they are lecturing you. He listens and answers any questions or concerns by the time your visit is done.

I like my provider a great deal, but getting appointments with him is difficult due to his patient load. They typically run 3-4 weeks or more out which is fine for routine visits but not so much if you need to see him for non-urgent issues. For example, lower back pain.
