The overall care was very good and the staff treated me very well. My only complaint is the length of time it took to be treated in the ER. It was a several hour process. So you need to find a way to speed up the visit in the ER.

This was the most positive experience I have had at an urgent care. Quick service and very thorough doctor. He didn't seem rushed and answered all our questions in a way we could understand. I felt like he genuinely cared about us! Even the security guard was nice!

delays were longer than expected each time they came in room, they said they would be right back, but 20 minutes later!! I do know that true emergencies do take precedent, but as long as I am told that, then I am fine for waiting!
