Janie (CNP) was excellent! Nathan Fant (NP) was excellent. They both treated my small infected wound as if it were the most important thing they had ever handled. Amazing experience. And the follow-up call from Katie in the Urgent Care Call Center was terrific and very helpful. Bravo Acworth Health Park Urgent Care!!!

I had appt at 1:40; didn't get called back until 2:15 just for temp, oxygen, BP and weight. I then had to go back to main waiting area again and wait to be called back. I have extreme arthritis and have to use a cane or rolling chair. I was offered a wheel chair but didn't realize how much back and forth I would have to walk.

I brought my mother in for an issue that was not urgent but fell outside the services that other providers provide. The three medical staff (2 nurses and an NP) that we saw were EXTREMELY professional and caring for a situation that was not not an urgent care type issue. Having worked in healthcare prior to retirement, I have seen providers become jaded especially when dealing with issues typically not within the scope of the norm for the department. I appreciate the caring these three providers exhibited to my 93 year old mother. Thank you very much.
