Natalie has always been able to provide great insight and advice for me. She takes the time to reference previous medical situations and actually remembers various events which she has helped with. She is very thorough to make sure the advice she provides is accurate for my needs. She doesn't treat me like a part of the crowd, but addresses my individual concerns. Jasmine was also very professional, but extremely pleasant to work with. She too listened to me in regards to any of my concerns.
