She was very attentive to my responses to her questions and straight forward in answers to my questions which was quite comforting. Dr. Wilson took plenty of time to discuss my medical history and address my concerns without being or feeling rushed. I appreciate her time and effort to get me on track with my regular healthcare needs.

This was my yearly physical with Dr. Wilson. She was thorough with the examination. She asked me about my concerns and was attentive to what I said. She gave clear explanations when we discussed my medications & she genuinely seemed to care about me. Dr. Wilson followed up with the numbers I needed to contact and set up appointments for my mammogram and possible colonoscopy. I always feel confident with Dr. Wilson. She took time with me and I didn't feel rushed.

I never saw the doctor. 45 minutes past my appointment time and 60 minutes after checking in I gave up. I was in the exam room for over 40 minutes ALONE with no communication as to why they were so behind. A total lack of respect for my time. If this is how you treat your patients I want no part of this practice. No one checked on me, no one gave me an estimate of when I would be seen. A total failure Wellstar. Called my insurance provider to alert them to this.

Dr. Wilson did apologize and provided extenuating circumstances that caused. However, we had a similar wait time with a previous visit. I will also say that Dr. Wilson did not rush the appointment and seemed to take a generous amount of time with me.
