I had an 11:30 spot. I arrived at 11:15 or earlier as requested. At 12:05 or 12:10 I was still in the waiting room. I went to the desk and was told it would be at least another 15 minutes. I work for a living and cannot be away from my job that long for a simple physical. Not acceptable at all.

Dr. Wilson and her team came highly recommended, and they've definitely lived up to it. It's been a long time since I felt so cared for in a medical setting, and I'm so grateful for their patience while I got my thoughts together. Registration was also fast and easy, and the girls at the front were both professional and gentle with both me and everyone I saw arrive for appointments. Thank you all so much, Dr. Wilson and staff!

Needs to be better time management. My appointment was at 1 and I had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes to see the doctor since she was apparently pulled into a meeting. There is a schedule for a reason and it's very inconsiderate to make a patient wait that long after making an appointment at a certain time.

Dr. Wilson is great. Such a wonderful person. Lab work on the first floor took over an hour wait. Every seat full. The wait was the unpleasant part however once seen the nurses were great.

Dr. Natalee Wilson did a great job of listening to what my issues were and offering me options for my treatment, discussing it as opposed to just telling me what I had to do. And I really appreciated that. The check-in was quite easy. It has improved. And the online information and process is great. I think you guys maybe over-send some communications, but that would be better than not sending enough. So, thank you. Appreciate it.

I waited over one hour for my doctor to see me. That's not fair and y'all don't care about wait times. The doctor should order the bloodwork well before the physical exam- that way we could discuss real data. How crazy that there is no skin cancer screening! No more vaccines in the office- not cool. The doctor is fine- the exam could be more intentional and effective with just the slightest preplanning.
