My visit for my annual physical with NASB was a really good experience, and I've seen her a couple of other times. She is very professional, very kind. She's an excellent listener. She asks good questions and makes me feel really comfortable to be able to find out what I need to do to maintain good health. I just think she's a really excellent healthcare provider, and that's the reason that I continue to go to Powder Springs Medical Center. The rest of the people are fine, too, but she's the star. I'm just really comfortable, and I'm thankful for her.

The facility definitely needs an upgrade both in the lobby as well as equipment. Equipment is outdated, often needs recalibration. When I have my blood pressure taken, it has to be taken two or three times because of the equipment. I would definitely like to see some improvements to this local facility.

The lady on the right hand side is the nicest person ever. She is the only one in the office that I felt comfortable telling things to. Did not get to see a doctor. Seen a nurse practitioner, which I did not like. And still I can't get the medicine yet that I need.
