I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment, as scheduled, and waited almost 45 minutes to be brought to the exam room then waited another 15 minutes before the NP came. In total I was in the office for an hour and a half. This is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as the provider's.

My visit for my annual physical with NASB was a really good experience, and I've seen her a couple of other times. She is very professional, very kind. She's an excellent listener. She asks good questions and makes me feel really comfortable to be able to find out what I need to do to maintain good health. I just think she's a really excellent healthcare provider, and that's the reason that I continue to go to Powder Springs Medical Center. The rest of the people are fine, too, but she's the star. I'm just really comfortable, and I'm thankful for her.

The facility definitely needs an upgrade both in the lobby as well as equipment. Equipment is outdated, often needs recalibration. When I have my blood pressure taken, it has to be taken two or three times because of the equipment. I would definitely like to see some improvements to this local facility.
