I liked my caregiver and everything. The only thing is I wish that when my test results have come in, that I might hear more from them, instead of just repeating the same thing in a write up on MyChart. I have some questions that I'd like to have answered.

I didn't appreciate being made to feel like what was going on that brought me into the office was solely related to pre-existing conditions. It felt like a cheap, easy way out. I also don't appreciate that two days later I'm still waiting for her to get in contact with me with the results of the tests that have been back for two days.

NP Mwaba is a Godsend. She's so compassionate, funny, caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She really sees me and doesn't treat me as just another patient. When I visit her it feels like a family reunion. My PCP seems nice but I wish NP Mwaba was my PCP. Her staff is also very sweet and welcoming.
