The provider was wonderful, listened to my concerns, and gave me the prescriptions needed to get better, without having to go into the office (YAY!). However, talking to the nurse who was getting me set up prior to the call was a pain. She was barely listening to me as I was having difficulty connecting to her, she did not know or care how to troubleshoot any computer issues we were having, and she asked me the SAME QUESTIONS that I answered when I checked in online prior to my appt. Why should I waste my time checking in online if you're going to ask me the same questions? Very annoying, but love the practice & the provider.
