You should have the patient have their blood drawn a week prior to their annual physical so that the results can be discussed at the appointment and not getting comments via messages afterwards. Also, it would be helpful if it was more than just listening to my heart for an annual physical.

It was unfortunate that the cost of this virtual visit w my WellStar office was over $200. Recently I had a virtual visit at WellStar urgent care w a MD and it was $49. Absolutely ridiculous! Seems very backwards!

As usual Wellstar,has lived up to expectations. Dr. Baker was new to me but after meeting her I'm glad I have.

NP Morgan was very professional. She listened very carefully and compassionately. I had an issue with her not being able to hear me on video so she called me. When she couldn't reach me on my phone she called the number I had to call the office on due to being in the virtual waiting room. We came up with a solid plan going forward. I was asked to join a online meeting at 8:15. At 8:34, I got a call on my cell from the office asking me "check-in" questions. One of which was "Have you eaten today" which has no bearing on a zoom call with a PA. The PA joined the call around 8:40. If you wanted me on the call at 8:15, why not ask me the check in during the 15 minute window (or ask me to join at 8:30 when you planned the call to start). Also, the check in questions should be tailored to the type of meeting. I wasted 25 minutes of my time this morning and a meeting at work while on hold sitting on a zoom call by myself. Overall, the level of service (or lack of) from Wellstar and the lack of a customer focus is disappointing. I shared those concerns on the call today but it is not patient focused.
