My son was provided with three prescriptions for pneumonia. I went to CVS and waited for almost an hour, and when it was my turn in line, the pharmacy tech said that they had only received one prescription. I called Urgent Care 6 times, along with the numerous times my wife called, and it kept going to voicemail. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the urgent care since no one was answering the phone. The NP explained that the prescriptions were all digitally sent, and CVS should have received them unless they did not have the prescription. He gave me paper copies of the prescriptions and a business card to call if I had questions. On my way out, I noticed that the same number I called six times was on the business card provided. The employee at the front desk identified a new number for me to contact. I drove 30 minutes to go back to the pharmacy, and I was able to obtain my prescription after waiting another 30 minutes. I received a call this morning from someone following up on the voicemail I left last night. She was kind, but I was frustrated that I couldn't reach anyone yesterday while the urgent care facility was open. I wasted over two hours of my night driving back and forth because your phones were going to voicemail. The lobby was not busy when I was there with my son and when I drove back to get the prescriptions. This was a terrible patient experience.

I would return here instead of ER due to my short wait time. If I had gone to ER I would have been there much longer and possibly not gotten medication I needed for my UTI as quickly as I did at Urgent Care.

I have white coat syndrome and I was very frightened actually, but the nurse, especially the nurse and the PA doctor was extremely kind and gentle and listened to me with care and took really good care of me and I do appreciate that.
