I was not entirely satisfied with the provider who examined my daughter, particularly in comparison to previous providers we have seen at this location; however, I can say that the staff (front desk and MA) were courteous.

I can't remember if I saw the doctor or the nurse physician come in and put on fresh gloves, but I don't think I saw them wash their hands. But I can't remember. I wasn't feeling well, so I apologize. I'll pay more attention to that. I usually don't pay attention unless they're going in my mouth, but they did drop blood, so that is very important. So I can't even remember seeing them take off the gloves and throw them away before they left the room, but I know they didn't wash their hands. Gloves were worn, but I can't remember if they put them on in the room or came in with them on, and I can't remember if they took them off and threw them away before they left. But the service was great. They were very welcoming, caring, considerate. It was very fast for me to be seen, very clean. Thank you so much. Have a great day.

The staff and student nurse were amazing and patient with me! The provider was fantastic!

The nurse practitioner that I saw on call that evening was an amazing doctor or nurse practitioner. She was very concerned with what was going on with me, very concerned with wanting to figure out what was going on and how to treat it. She was very, you know, had a great bedside manner, very polite to me and my family and just all around wonderful. I mean, just I cannot say enough good things about her.

My son was provided with three prescriptions for pneumonia. I went to CVS and waited for almost an hour, and when it was my turn in line, the pharmacy tech said that they had only received one prescription. I called Urgent Care 6 times, along with the numerous times my wife called, and it kept going to voicemail. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the urgent care since no one was answering the phone. The NP explained that the prescriptions were all digitally sent, and CVS should have received them unless they did not have the prescription. He gave me paper copies of the prescriptions and a business card to call if I had questions. On my way out, I noticed that the same number I called six times was on the business card provided. The employee at the front desk identified a new number for me to contact. I drove 30 minutes to go back to the pharmacy, and I was able to obtain my prescription after waiting another 30 minutes. I received a call this morning from someone following up on the voicemail I left last night. She was kind, but I was frustrated that I couldn't reach anyone yesterday while the urgent care facility was open. I wasted over two hours of my night driving back and forth because your phones were going to voicemail. The lobby was not busy when I was there with my son and when I drove back to get the prescriptions. This was a terrible patient experience.

I would return here instead of ER due to my short wait time. If I had gone to ER I would have been there much longer and possibly not gotten medication I needed for my UTI as quickly as I did at Urgent Care.
