Provider checks all the boxes and make sure all my dials were cleared. That's what was done good. What you can do better, the time wait was over two hours, but the computer of the QPAT said the time wait was about an hour, but we were there for about three to four hours in total. For a visit. That's not cool.

The nurse and doctor were absolutely amazing in every way. They were helpful , kind and very attentive as well as the woman working at the front desk. I will continue and always come to this urgent care for urgent needs.

I made a reservation for 2p.m. but wasn't called back until after 3:30. I feel that reservations should be considered as an appointment and those patients seen before walk-ins. I could've come in earlier in the day, but instead, took the first available reservation in hopes I would be seen sooner.

I have white coat syndrome and I was very frightened actually, but the nurse, especially the nurse and the PA doctor was extremely kind and gentle and listened to me with care and took really good care of me and I do appreciate that.
