Had some issues with the xray tech who was giving me a real hard time about where to put my foot to get xrays. Some aren't flexible, and I found an easier way to get what she was looking for.

Yes, this was my first time coming to the office and Dr. Q was not what I was expecting. I was pleasantly surprised. Not that I was expecting anything out of bizarre, but I really enjoyed talking to him. He didn't rush. He answered all my questions and I had many. He told me what I needed to know and referred me to where I needed to go and I really, really liked him. The staff was nice too.

I really like Dr. Q and the nurse. I felt like they didn't rush me. However, the first time I made an appointment, it wasn't recorded. So when I got there, I didn't have an appointment and it was with a different doctor because the doctor I was supposed to see wasn't there that day. Secondly, the next time I made an appointment, they said 345, but forever and ever and ever, they keep sending me all these text messages saying 330. So I get there at 3 and then I have to wait until almost 4 to see the doctor. So if you're going to send me a reminder, do it for the time that I'm supposed to be there. Thank you.
