I arrived 5 till 8am and noticed that they were having a staff meeting. They were loud, laughing, discussing things we didn't need to hear. There was a sliding door they could have closed. The front desk was kind enough to apologize for it but then turned around and began to loudly talk about how their co-worker needs a new body. I'm all for office jovial banter but it was so loud it was unnecessary. However, the doctor was great Dr. Q is hands down a great provider. He listened effectively, provided options, was timely and professional. Kudos to him. The nurse who brought me in was efficient and I'm not sure how podiatry works but none of my vitals were taken, which may be normal, I don't know. Again, the provider was great but the office staff meeting was a bit much and the loud conversation was unnecessary.

I received several texts and emails asking me to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment. When I arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment the office was closed for lunch. Why? Why do I need to arrive early when your office is closed? Then I had to wait 30 minutes before anybody took my . what's the purpose of making us show up early when you're going to be late? My time is just as valuable as yours.

My appointment was at 1 o'clock. My instructions were to get there 15 minutes early, which would have been 1245. I arrived at about 1240, and the door was locked with a note that said, we are going to lunch. We'll be back at 115. Getting back at 115 for a 1 o'clock appointment, well, not what I would say is perfect, but the overall experience was good. Thank you.

My expectations was that the doctor would examine both my feet, review it very carefully, look at very issues that, you know, I could maybe do something to improve it. I felt that the doctor isolated on one issue, which is what I came in for. But since I was there, I expected a little bit more engagement with my feet and just some history on how to improve, you know, my balance and some other issues.
