They were very professional and did not rush me getting into or out of the room to be checked on. I have a problem with my knees & legs walking. I use a walker. And was pleased to see they had patience not rushing me. Thank you!

Nurses/techs need to learn how to/ be willing to take Manuel BP when they were told the automated (easy) BP cuffs are ALWAYS reading "dangerously" high BP. It's been (and they were told) that way with my BP for more than 40 years. When taken manually by DR: all good! (As they were also told it would be). Listen to the patient more - not my first rodeo (and a patient with this clinic for over 5 yrs)
