I have no complaints. The experience was great from the moment I walked in. I was very nervous and feeling awful. The front desk, she was smiling and great energy and was so sweet and took her time with me. Down to the nurse, how she treated me, trying to get me to relax and gave me soothing methods while we were in the back room to the doctor who was so helpful and so sweet. I can't rate this visit higher. It was such a great visit, down to getting calls and texts afterwards, checking on me. So definitely 10 out of 10s across the board.

I was very pleased with my visit here. Everyone was cordial and caring. The doctor that treated me was extremely nice and told me what to expect every step of the way. It was a very stressful day as I had just found out my husband has bladder cancer. I was leaving our house to take him for a CAT scan when I missed a step and fell, putting a gash in my head. Since we were heading to Holly Springs to get the scan I remembered they had an urgent care there also, so I dropped my husband off for his scan and took myself to the Urgent Care. How convenient!! It certainly made for a less stressful situation. Thank you staff and Doctor for your excellent care! I have already told many people what a good experience I had!

I had an initial wait time of 45 minutes and I waited for a little over an hour. When I got back to the room, I talked to the nurse and in between the nurse and waiting for the doctor was almost 45 minutes. The nurse also kind of ignored my throat being in pain and hard to swollen but as soon as I told the doctor she took care of it!
