I was happy with the provider. I was not happy with the wait time. It was extremely long.

I waited about three hours to have a CT scan. They were taking other patients before me, and I came into urgent care as an emergency. So that part I didn't understand, why they were helping other people that came for regular stuff instead of taking me to do my CAT scan. But after waiting three hours, I did eventually get a CAT scan. I think that needs to be corrected. Coming in urgent care needs to have priority over those other people that are just coming in for routine stuff. But other than that, my experience there was great. Thank you.

Due to holidays it was very crowded needed more doctors to address all people arriving. I had an appointment and was seen 3 hours later. I understand their were emergencies but clearly more staff was needed to address all patients being accepted.

My experience has always been good that's why I go if needed. I think they need to provide you with a contact number should you have questions or need further assistance after your visit. It is very difficult to reach someone. Other than that, excellent customer service always.

Waited five and 1/2 hours to be seen, ridiculous!! (3 hours the night before I actually seen and 1.5 hours the next day having made an appointment, after the appointment time!! Doctor's aren't the only ones whose TIME IS IMPORTANT!!!

Normally I don't have any problems but today i had to wait almost 3 hours and i already had asked the front office if Id be done by a certain time and she was like oh yes definitely... not... I think they forgot about us until I opened the door to see if they had.

From the moment that I checked in, the individual that assisted me with checking in was very helpful and attentive to my needs. The person that came to get me, the assistant, was very upbeat and caring. The individual that came in to see about me, the physician, was very informative, listened to my concerns and was very informative and caring. And then the individual that came to administer my medication and or shot was very caring and attentive to my needs and I felt cared for. So they even did a follow-up call a day later to ensure that I was okay. So I would definitely rate the customer service and care at that facility a 10.

The medical assistant, she was very thoughtful, and the doctor, they were both very professional. They took care of us once they saw us. I was very pleased, and they also called us and followed up with us to see how we were doing. So I'm very pleased with that.

The provider was attentive when she came to the room, but at that time the test results were not ready. After she was done checking me she said that she was going to wait for the test results and come back. She never came back to the room to tell me the results of the tests. The nurse came with my discharge papers and prescription, but I still had some other questions for the provider. I told the nurse that I would wait for her. Then the nurse said the doctor wasn't coming back and a description of what I was seen for and test results were on the papers she gave me. I left my visit with unanswered questions. I have been to this urgent care numerous of times and have be taken care of very well. In my opinion, it's very unprofessional for the doctor not to come back to the room to share the results of the tests that were done and ask if there are any questions before the patient leaves. This was the first time I have left this urgent care feeling this way! I was not happy with this visit!

Gave me evey excuse and road block nothing ro help me at all and probably gonna get charged for waiting 2 hrs and a half for a doctor to tell me she can't help. Thanks for nothing. I really liked this facility when it first opened for the first few years, now I do t ever want to return for the lack or good service long wait times and Un sympathetic and not helpful staff. My nurse was the only one who was polite patient and kind. Thank goodness for nurses.

The service was great but I came in at 11am and was told to come back at 5:45pm to be seen by a doctor. I was expecting to be seen within the hour or 2.

I waited about three hours to have a CT scan. They were taking other patients before me, and I came into urgent care as an emergency. So that part I didn't understand, why they were helping other people that came for regular stuff instead of taking me to do my CAT scan. But after waiting three hours, I did eventually get a CAT scan. I think that needs to be corrected. Coming in urgent care needs to have priority over those other people that are just coming in for routine stuff. But other than that, my experience there was great. Thank you.

I was told that I had one to one half hour wait. It turned into 3+ hour wait.
