Long wait though I had an appointment. Cause was an emergency that tied up your medical staff to stabilize person. Knowing you are an Urgent Care provider and there are no hospitals near you, I would suggest you have a separate Triage added whose principal job is to handle such emergencies and then the medical staff can better handle the broken bones and flu patients.

Wellstar got my wife in immediately and got her prescription fast! Even had a problem with pharmacy closing before we got there and wellstar quickly got our prescription to a CVS open 24 hrs. Thx!!!

Thank you very much to Dr. Ille and Tina! Very helpful, kind, attentive, and listened to our issue and took me seriously. Dr. Ille made my 4 year old son feel comfortable and showed him her "toys" (tools) before beginning abc gave him stickers, which really helped him trust her and get through the appt. Both women were great with him! He had what looked to be larvae or tiny eggs way up in his nose and I couldn't do anything about it at home. I was scared. They were careful and took their time and got it all out. It was a sponge! He must have stuck it up his nose. They talked him through it and he was scared and screamed a bit, but after he was completely fine and happy. Thank you so much! No way my pediatrician would have done that, and no way I could have done it at home!

Everyone was very friendly and listened to my needs. I didn't have a long wait, which is very important when you're really sick. And then someone followed up and called me a couple days later to make sure everything was okay and then how to move forward since I'm still not feeling well. I already recommended someone and they're actually at urgent care today with you guys. So I will definitely be back if I'm ever sick.

Primary care was good, but then I wanted them to take some X-rays because the pain was really bad and they said no, that it was muscular, but I don't even think the asthma touched me just once and no, even though I said I had really bad pain, they didn't take some X-rays because I fell, I hit my rib hard on the tub, in fact, and the treatments they sent me for didn't work because I was in really bad pain.

The doctor that I saw was absolutely wonderful, and I wish she saw patients on a regular basis, and maybe she does, but I would definitely highly recommend her. The whole experience was really, really good, and I tell you what, I have been coughing for six weeks, and she got me exactly what I needed, and I haven't felt this good in two months. So, very appreciated, wonderful. member in patient interaction. You guys did a fabulous job. I actually want to work for you. So if you ever need a health educator, let me know. You all have a wonderful day. Bye-bye.

After I left I looked on the paperwork and I thought she heard me when I told her what happened to me. On the paperwork it said it happened 12 to 24 hours ago and that is just not correct. I told her it happened two or three hours ago.

The young ladies working at the front desk were very professional. They were very thoughtful. They answered questions that I asked. So that was my first impression. They were very professional. The facility was very clean. The nurse that took me back to take my vitals, she was very professional and very thorough, very thorough. The doctor was excellent. I really like to explain things to me and all in all, it was a good experience. If you have to have a good experience to go to a doctor, it was a good experience.

The provided did not introduce herself upon entry. I was not told I needed to call a number to register for my x-ray which delayed the process until the registration person called me. She told me that I was suppose to call her but that was never relayed to me the patient before she called.

I waited for an hour in order for them to call me to the back. Even when i was called into the back the staff did not seem concerned or helpful at all. I waited in the doctors office for another hour just for the doctor to come in and talk to me for two minutes then dismiss me. Wellstar has always had an issue with time, and that is not right! Not to mention pretty expensive, if i would have known i would be there for over two hours i would not have wasted my $167 i spent! I could have used that towards my light bill?

The medication that was prescribed was not effective for my level of pain and inflammation. After three days of consuming the majority of the medication, I had to consult another physician for a different prescription. The other physician added advice to stop the icing and to add heat instead because I was beyond 48 hours of the injury. The other physician also instructed me to do some sitting physical exercises to regain strength in the weak right leg.

Dr. Ille made my 4 year old son feel comfortable and showed him her "toys" (tools) before beginning abc gave him stickers, which really helped him trust her and get through the appt. Both women were great with him! He had what looked to be larvae or tiny eggs way up in his nose and I couldn't do anything about it at home. I was scared. They were careful and took their time and got it all out. It was a sponge! He must have stuck it up his nose. They talked him through it and he was scared and screamed a bit, but after he was completely fine and happy. Thank you so much! No way my pediatrician would have done that, and no way I could have done it at home!

The doctor that I saw was absolutely wonderful, and I wish she saw patients on a regular basis, and maybe she does, but I would definitely highly recommend her. The whole experience was really, really good, and I tell you what, I have been coughing for six weeks, and she got me exactly what I needed, and I haven't felt this good in two months. So, very appreciated, wonderful. member in patient interaction. You guys did a fabulous job. I actually want to work for you. So if you ever need a health educator, let me know. After I left I looked on the paperwork and I thought she heard me when I told her what happened to me. On the paperwork it said it happened 12 to 24 hours ago and that is just not correct. I told her it happened two or three hours ago.

The young ladies working at the front desk were very professional. They were very thoughtful. They answered questions that I asked. So that was my first impression. They were very professional. The facility was very clean. The nurse that took me back to take my vitals, she was very professional and very thorough, very thorough. The doctor was excellent. I really like to explain things to me and all in all, it was a good experience. If you have to have a good experience to go to a doctor, it was a good experience.

The provided did not introduce herself upon entry. I was not told I needed to call a number to register for my x-ray which delayed the process until the registration person called me. She told me that I was suppose to call her but that was never relayed to me the patient before she called.

I waited for an hour in order for them to call me to the back. Even when i was called into the back the staff did not seem concerned or helpful at all. I waited in the doctors office for another hour just for the doctor to come in and talk to me for two minutes then dismiss me. Wellstar has always had an issue with time, and that is not right! Not to mention pretty expensive, if i would have known i would be there for over two hours i would not have wasted my $167 i spent! I could have used that towards my light bill?

The medication that was prescribed was not effective for my level of pain and inflammation. Primary care was good, but then I wanted them to take some X-rays because the pain was really bad and they said no, that it was muscular, but I don't even think the asthma touched me just once and no, even though I said I had really bad pain, they didn't take some X-rays because I fell, I hit my rib hard on the tub, in fact, and the treatments they sent me for didn't work because I was in really bad pain.

Everyone was very friendly and listened to my needs. I didn't have a long wait, which is very important when you're really sick. And then someone followed up and called me a couple days later to make sure everything was okay and then how to move forward since I'm still not feeling well. I already recommended someone and they're actually at urgent care today with you guys. So I will definitely be back if I'm ever sick.

Long wait though I had an appointment. Cause was an emergency that tied up your medical staff to stabilize person. Knowing you are an Urgent Care provider and there are no hospitals near you, I would suggest you have a separate Triage added whose principal job is to handle such emergencies and then the medical staff can better handle the broken bones and flu patients.
