I have been a few times since this office was open and it has always been a good experience.

I love this Urgent Care facility because my primary doctor is in the same building and he will get all of the information from my visit. The facility is always clean, well lit, the staff at check in are very nice and the nurses are always very nice, including the nurse I had that day, she was wonderful and made me laugh as bad as I was feeling, sh was so sweet and caring. I loved the doctor, she knew just what to do to help me. Also, a day or 2 after my visit I always get a call from the staff to see how I'm doing, love that!

Everything is fine. The only thing is that they didn't show me the x-rays they took. I feel it is extremely important to show them, since I don't have access to see them.

The doctor actually went over my WellStar patient information before coming into the room and actually made recommendations for me to ask my PCP. She had a plan of action for my neuropathy itching situation that was over b4 I left the office, they had me to stay 15mins after injection. I am very grateful for Dr Ille she took the time to explain what was happening to me and was very compassionate about it.

I love that all the staff were child friendly and the doctor is phenomenal. She talked with my son, laughed with him, and had exceptional bed-side manners.

The medical assistant the doctor and nurse were lovely. The front desk seemed annoyed ( We came in at 9:34 pm) it was a long ride for us. I believe she just wanted to go home, which I understand but I needed to come in at that time because I worked and the facility is an hour away. I was in so much pain. Other than that the medical staff were very caring and professional.
