Yeah, the front desk, everybody at the front desk was very courteous, very professional. I'm always treated nice when I get there, but most of all, the nurse practitioner, she was excellent. I love her. I love when she told me things that I didn't know, how she explained everything to me, very professional. So I give her a really high number, maybe like a 20. Other than that, you know, you guys rock.
