The wait times are awful. I understand coming early for your appointment, but when you have an appointment and you aren't even called back until 40+ minutes AFTER your appointment start time, and then it's another 40 minutes before the physician comes in... it's too much. My fifteen minute conversation with the physician is not worth the extra time spent at this office. Not one person has ever mentioned the wait, running behind, etc. I assume it's just the normal. This has happened for my last few appointments over the years but today's wait was the worst. (I am not counting the time spent checked in prior to my 15 minute check-in window.) Also, the walls are thin. I overheard some not-so-nice conversations between medical staff while I was in an exam room.
