Dr. Vick grew up in Louisiana, obtained his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, and earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Louisiana State University. He completed his ear, nose and throat residency training at the Medical College of Georgia after an internship in general surgery at the same facility.
Dr. Vick is a committee member for Young Life, a member of West Cobb Church and a board member for the Good Samaritan Health Clinic. He is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the Cobb County Medical Society. He has been chairman of the Otolaryngology Department at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
As a board certified otolaryngologist, Dr. Vick is trained to treat a multitude of head and neck problems in patients of all ages. He performs nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck cancer surgery, ear surgery, sleep apnea surgery, surgical treatment of salivary gland disease, thyroid disease, cosmetic procedures, and medical and surgical treatment of vocal cord disease. He also treats hearing and balance disorders. Dr. Vick particularly enjoys working with children in treating tonsillar, adenoid and ear disease.

Dr. Vick is an amazing provider. He performed a surgery on my son, and because he was just so knowledgeable when my daughter had an issue, I drove two hours. We've recently moved, but I drove two hours for her to see him. I believe that he is vested and interested in the health of the patient, and going about establishing whatever outcomes that's necessary. He's going about doing that in a way that's safe. Safe is for her. She is a minor, and that I appreciate so much. I appreciate the practice. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is, and how concerned he is, and how caring he is. Just such a great provider.
