My Dr was really kind

Everyone I encountered at this facility was extremely professional, friendly and caring. This was my first visit to a Wellstar facility and the staff made a great first impression. I'm in the process of relocating to this area and look forward to utilizing your network.

The receptionist was not as nice as the person who attended to me when I first arrived at the office, but the doctor and his assistant were very kind and informative, I felt very comfortable.

The staff was compassionate and respectful. The issue I came in for was sensitive and they treated me respectfully and made sure I was comfortable. When I was visibly upset, I was offered tissues and compassionate touch. Great staff here from the front desk to the provider I had. Thank you all so much.

Thank you Michael and all of the urgent care staff!! I got whacked by the flu (did not know that was even possible early September) and I arrived, was seen, swabbed, and out the door with my prescriptions sent in 20 min. It was pretty straightforward and Michael could have just done a quick in and out since we had the answer (especially since, you know, the flu) but he really seemed genuinely caring about how I was feeling and what my symptoms were. Hopefully won't be back but find comfort knowing I'll be in good hands if I need to be!
