The thing is, I was the only one in there it was deserted. People came in after me and were called first? What's the purpose of Urgent Care if you can make an appointment? It's a nice facility, I would think twice he for going there again or just head to the ER and wait.

My only issue was when an addition test was done, I was not told an expected wait time. After what seemed like a long time (I'm not sure how long it was) I finally went out of the room and asked the nurse how long I was going to be. She said they were waiting on the test result. It shouldn't be too long. But I was really not feeling well and was very uncomfortable waiting without knowing really what was going on.

The front desk office, they should not gossip, talk about other coworkers, talk about what schedule they don't want to work, not being compensated for their time while patients are in the lobby. I personally feel that due to people who have allergies, staff members should not be able to eat peanut butter or tree nuts or allergen products in front of patients in the front desk. You never know who has an allergy. I have a severe airborne peanut allergy and one of the patients was eating peanut crackers or peanut butter crackers. And also, just the courteousness. They were just kind of like not really focused on the patient. And the doctor, he was great, but I had to kind of repeat some of the information because I told him I didn't have chills. I don't know where he got that from. But overall, it was still an experience.

My nurses and the front desk staff were amazing. However, my actually doctor did not listen to my concerns and I knew what was going on and he told me it was something different. I went to another doctor and my originally guess as to what was wrong was correct and I'm upset that I wasn't listened to because I have dealt with sinus issues my whole life so I do know what I am talking about. Also when a patient describes sinus issues, you would think that the doctor would take a look up the patients nose. Extremely disappointed in my doctor. My nurse was awesome though!
