Front desk clerk was the Best! Doctor was great. The first nurse that came in that had kids not friendly or polite at all!!! The nurse that gave me a shot made up for the other nurses flaws.

Dylan at the front desk was very helpful in getting my records updated and keeping me informed about the process. The woman who called me in and took my blood pressure etc was wonderful but I can not remember her name unfortunately. Dr Simons was excellent. Thorough and he really listened to me and explained the steps for the testing I requested. He is a very personable physician ... just his manner of communicating made me feel better/cared for ... a rarity in this age of fast/ furious and AI lol.... He exuded a caring human vibe ! In general I told my husband this office was wonderful as everyone engaged, professional and I swear happy working together and caring for patients. I felt very fortunate to have chosen this Urgent Care. Gave me a positive impression of Wellstar ??
