The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They asked about my concerns, got me checked in, told me that it would not be a very long wait and it was not. I was attended to in just minutes. I was given some tests to make sure... to rule out what could possibly also be a part of the symptoms that I showed. That was negative. They came back and let me know that. The doctor listened to how I was feeling and the symptoms and listened to what I was describing over the course of a few days and made prescriptions that he felt would help me and told me that

At the front desk, it was too loud where I couldn't concentrate and struggled checking in, I came in for a splitting migraine and being it was so loud, concentrating on the screen and reading it was a challenge. The nurse was extremely rude and didn't even show care or that she listened. I asked if we could turn the light off because I came in for a migraine that lasted over two weeks and she said no, just for the doctor to turn it off when he saw how I was in so much pain. When I got the discharge paperwork she (the nurse) all but threw it at me and didn't say anything at all about what the meds that were prescribed were for or how often/when I should take them or if I could even work on it. She literally said "here, have a good day" and left. Didn't make any eye contact, definitely didn't listen or had any bedside manner or care whatsoever. Dr. Simpson was nice though.. I do feel he listened more but I don't think we were on the exact page, but I do appreciate that he actually let me speak and echoed what I said for verification. Would I come back, strong potential no. However, I do thank them for the convenience and seeing me in like 15ish minutes upon arrival.
