Dr O'Reilly listened to my concerns and provided feedback by giving a diagnosis about treatment and care. The office staff were friendly and communicated well with me. His nurse Kathy(?) kept the appointment on time and moving along which showed my time was valued. She was friendly and professional. Overall, this location was easily accessible and clean. Staff were great. Dr O'Reilly came highly referred to me and I will definitely refer him to family and friends.

I arrived at the reception and I was asked to fill in 3 pages with all of my information. I told her I have already check in online and she told me that I had to do it all because the waited the papers. I spent 23 minutes filling in all the same information I previously enter. What is the point of doeing a check-in online if you have to fill in everything again. I was expecting a copy with all of my information and just to sign it. I'm not happy about that.

I thought that was very helpful. It also showed me that he wasn't in a rush to get to his next patient. I think that was definitely very beneficial for me and shows what a good doctor he is because he wants his patients to be informed.
