There was some confusion about where I should check in. Downstairs waved me upstairs--upstairs sent me back downstairs. Downstairs Cardiac Diagnostics tried to send me back upstairs because I had only an office visit. I refused to go back until they had checked me in. After checking my birthdate they confirmed on the computer I had an appt and checked me in. Procedures had changed since the last time I visited and you should make clear where to check in downstairs. I'm not sure all the employees knew.

Dr Hardee is very patient in listening to everything I had to say. With drug side effects he suggests adjusting the meds for 3 weeks and give him a report through My Chart in 3 weeks. He answered our questions and concerns.
