Even with the computers and phones being out from the storm the staff did an excellent job to get us back to see the Dr and keep us informed about when we would be called back the office manager was terrific with letting us know we would be seen soon they we're doing their very best.

The only issue I have with this location is check out procedure. There are two associates on staff, 1 person was doing nothing. The next person was handling all check out with patience. People were cutting in line, after waiting too long, I left without checking out. This location always seems to have issues with check out.
