Very positive. The desk staff was professional and personable. The nurses all seemed attentive and thorough. The nurse practitioner was very professional and confident. She was great about answering any questions I had and showed concern with anything I brought up. I really don't like dealing with anything healthcare related honestly but this was a great experience.

The staff got me in really quickly, which was nice. There wasn't a long wait. The provider was very open and listening and she was very helpful in providing me with what I needed for all of my concerns. And that's it. I had a very positive experience from start to finish with the practice.

Our appointment was scheduled incorrectly which caused problems with connecting for the video visit. And then 15 minutes after his appointment was to start, I got a phone call stating that insurance was not verified which I'm not sure why that took until 15 minutes into his appointment to address that. Like that should have been addressed well ahead of time. And then his appointment was going to get bumped because he couldn't connect, he couldn't reach anybody, he couldn't get anybody on the phone or over messenger in a prompt amount of time. I had to speak with the office manager in order to get him work back into the schedule that day. So all of this could have been alleviated by a little work on the front end. If the insurance has got issues, contact us well ahead.
