Hi, the nurses were great. Everything was really excellent. The only suggestion I would have is that when medicine is prescribed that they try to find out if insurance covers them before they actually recommend them. That would have been helpful. Thank you.

I even brought my mom here when she was visiting from out of state and became ill, because I trust y'all more than the urgent cares that are closer to my house. I have unfortunately had a lot of experience with this location, and every time I have left feeling like I received fantastic care and excellent treatment. When I arrived I was told it would be 2-1/2 hours before I could be seen, so I set an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment time it still took 1 hour before I was seen. I thought that setting an appointment would get me seen without much wait time. I would have been better off to just sit and wait.
