The staff was so kind and caring and seemed genuinely happy to be there and taking care of me. I would most definitely recommend this office and will come to this office whenever I need medical care. Everything was very clean and it was not a long wait.

I was the only patient and had a long wait while she tried to fix the X-ray machine. She Reassured me that normally I would be out in 45 minutes from check in time. I didn't need to use the X-ray machine. Everyone was nice.

The check in is done on a touch screen and there is no contact with the reception staff. The wait was very long once I was in the room. No one came to let me know when to expect the NP. After 30 minutes I stepped out and asked. I was told I was next. The long wait was frustrating.

I called and spoke to someone very helpful and personable. We came in about 3:30 and were out before 4 probably. They were great. We've gone to the urgent care up the street for years and last month I got a bill for over $200 when they said it would be $90. I really did love this experience so much more.
