Full disclosure: I dislike going to the doctor and have to feel pretty lousy to come in on my own. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and quickly checked me in (apologies as I do not remember her name.). My triage nurse, Adriane, was extremely thorough, patient, and kind. Before leaving the exam room she advised of next steps and time frame for test results. The NP, Melissa, showed me the same level of thoroughness and her assessment of everything made me feel like a human. Delighted to know that this location is around the corner from my home and that you've staffed it with such a great team.

It is somewhat difficult to describe a medical facility as "delightful", but this Urgent Care locale earned that description from my standpoint. Couldn't ask for nicer and more competent staff.

The girl at reception was very kind, not very attentive, she was not a copycat, she was not friendly, she took a long time to serve me, she answered me reluctantly, she was not an attentive or friendly person at any time at reception.

The nurse practitioner misdiagnosed me!! Got into ENT and do not have a ruptured eardrum. Also she upset me telling me I could not fly with this, which is not the case. She was very nice, but wrong diagnosis!!
