The proof is the feedback my children give me after every appointment about how comfortable and safe they feel with her. She is a simply wonderful doctor working inside of a well run practice.

Melissa Boekhaus has been my son's provider since he was two months, I believe, and he's 18 months now. And she is amazing. She makes me feel heard. I appreciate her so very much. I feel safe with her caring for my son. She's absolutely amazing. I cannot say it enough. I'm so comfortable in this office and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else besides Miss Melissa Boekhaus. So I just want to thank her so, so, so very much for everything that she does. She's a wonderful doctor. Wonderful. Thank you.

Dr. Boekhaus is fantastic, we come here just for her. But the staff or assistants who usually measure our child and administer vaccines are the worst, so rufe, indifferent and definitely not suited to work with children. Our child always cries around them coz they're so tense, no matter what assistant we get. But calms down as soon as Dr. Boekhaus walks in. The assistants are 0 friendly, or considered towards the kids or parents. If Dr. Boekhaus left, we'd leave this practice.

We love Dr. Boakhous and we sing her praises. So any non-10 scores are really just about the practice, not Dr. Boakhous. She is wonderful and we have a good experience with her almost every time. The only issue with this visit is that there was some scheduling challenges where they scheduled us on the wrong day, so when we walked in they didn't have our appointment on hand. But the staff that was there was able to fix it quickly, so I will give the staff good feedback for being able to resolve it and see us. So thank you. Overall, we have had a good experience. Front desk was incredibly helpful and courteous. The nurse we saw was also great and we love Dr. B. She spent a lot of time with us and gave our son very personalized care.
