I had an appointment for 7:40. The wait was exceptionally long. Did not leave until about 10:30. Apparently, this location is severely understaffed.

Everything was great, except Pa on duty was waiting for her drug license so could not prescribe the correct pain killers to help with my rib fractures. No doctor was on site.........

It was a very good experience going to the ER. There was minimal wait time and all staff was courteous and professional. I'd definitely recommend WellStar Kennestone to my friends and family.

Although they treated me with care that pain that I had returned the next day. Before when I got this shot I didn't have any pain for weeks. I don't believe I was administered the shot correctly.

Took about an hour and a half to be seen with only two or three patients ahead of me in line. and they told me the wouldn't bill my insurance even though I provided it immediately upon arrival.
