This was my first time at the Wellstar Urgent care and I was very impressed. The lobby was clean and I liked that there were separate areas designated for sick and well people. I chose this facility- even though it was a further drive from home - because of the imaging services. That's such a plus to have onsite.

This is the urgicare to go to!!! There professionalism, courtesy, follow up surpasses all the other urgicares. As a former Cleveland Clinic employee & critical/ER nurse, I am always comparing to CCF as a gold standard and this Wellstar urgicare is on par with CCF. They are wonderful!!!

Did not listen to what I was telling him about my symptoms

It appeared I might be late due to construction traffic. I called about 10 minutes before appointment to advise. I was told if not on time, I would be treated as any other walk in. I pointed out that was why I was calling, as a just in case a few minutes late. I hung up due to them not being willing to work with me. All other aspects were a pleasant to very pleasant experience.

Copay $50 before I found out they wouldn't help me as I sat there and got worse and no one cared. Would not give me Benadryl or epi shot unless I agreed to ambulance which was $300 copay to hospital another $100 copay and the only person who cared or asked relevant questions or treated me was Justin in ambulance. Terrible experience

Dr Austin was very thorough. I was dealing with either flu or COVID a fit turned out to be Flu. He also told me I wasn't contagious so friends didn't have to stay away. I was actually on the downside. I would recommend Dr Austin looking for a caring doctor

You had an excellent and helpful nurse, but no one told us that we needed to take a CD of our x-rays with us in order to have access to them, and we live far away. That could have been done better. You should be informing the patients of that fact. Thank you.
