I would just like to say that my experience at this facility was incredible. It was very clean. It looked tidy and very professional. Everything was quick. Before I could even, pretty much before I could even finish checking in, they took me back. I felt like the nurses or the intake staff were all thorough and they understood ask questions to understand what I was going through. The doctor was excellent, very calm and patient and understanding, personable. He had just a great temperament, bedside manner, I guess. And just overall, my experience was surprisingly easy and pleasant, and I'm just really grateful for the facility and everyone there.

Dr Austin was responsive to my questions and requests for medications. He did advise me of potential side effects, which unfortunately occurred so I had to return to Urgent Care two days later for a different course of treatment. That visit was just as great and I am now on the way to getting better. We have been wanting to change healthcare providers away from Piedmont and we will be moving our care to Wellstar. I have been so pleased with my care! Thank you!

Dr. Austin was amazing--he listened, showed compassion as I was in tears from the pain and just took the time to explain what was happening to me and what the next steps for care would be. The nurse that helped administer the shots helped put me at ease and even made me laugh through my pain. This team took a very serious injury (lower back) and did all they could to help me feel better mentally, even if they knew I wouldn't feel better physically.
