The Waite to see Dr was too long for me. After that I got great seevice

Wait was a little long at the beginning for an appointment, but great service overall. Very polite staff. Extremely polite and helpful dr. Imaging was very quick and informative. Good discharge call explaining fracture and ortho follow up. Still working through insurance referral with PcM. Overall, very pleasant experience and much better use of time than going to an ER.

I felt unwanted and disregarded by the physician. He seemed annoyed by my questions. I just switched back to bcbs from KP. I will search outside of Wellstar for a primary now.

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all amazing. Very attentive and we did not feel rushed while explaining what was going on. This urgent care is farther from my house, but is my go to anytime my children or I need to be seen and can't get in to see our primary doctor. Thank you, you were all wonderful to us and we appreciate you all!

Very professional urgent care doctor was very sympathetic. We are very thankful that there was a doctor on staff. He not only saw me, but he saw my husband.

I didn't get the gentleman's that checked me in. I really impressed with his customer service skills and wonderful cheerfulness attitude. Even though I felt really bad at the time. Looking back to the staff that dealt with me. I have say I was extremely impressed with every one. MA Bree was very excellent. Dr. Austin is the best. Right now with it being flu season on top of every other virus. They all are doing a fantastic job. Please praise them and give them lunch. It can be a brutal time for the staff. I am so impress with this WellStar Urgent Care. WellStar continues to have the best staff. Having great physicians being wonderful that really listen with great empathy makes all the difference.
